| The Problem: |
FCO invited tenders to supply their requirements with a six year contract. They wished to appoint a supplier who could demonstrate that they had products with advanced technology to detect current threats, the ability to deliver in the volumes required and a robust support infrastructure. A thorough evaluation was conducted by FCO covering product capabilities and the service support that could be provided. |
| The Todd Research solution: |
TR specified their TR15 (cabinet scanner) and TR70 (conveyor scanner) to fulfil the contract. Installation and maintenance would be provided by TR Engineers and/or subcontractor partners. Other value adding solutions were offered including; CD-Rom Trainer, the Todd Enterprise Security Solution (TESS) and online asset management tool to allow online access to data on the installed equipment. |
