Todd Research provide two levels of cover on the products we sell.

Basic (Manadatory)

To ensure a customer complies with Ionising Radiation Regulations 1999 (IRR99) and to ensure maximum ‘uptime’ from the installed unit, we provide two service calls per year when the required ‘leak’ tests are completed.  At the same time a thorough service is completed on your equipment.

Advanced (Fully comprehensive)

Our advanced maintenance package provides the all of the services provided under the basic maintenance cover and in addition, next working day engineer attendance for breakdowns, parts and labour included.
